Kind of hard and shaped like volleyballs. Some women look top-heave and out of proportion. The breast is too elevated and sticks out. Looks kind of like plastic shoved inside. Why is this look popular and why do some women glorify this look? Most models are no bigger than a B, anyway.
They actually look better than the natural ones, in most cases.
