I am concidering breast augmentation and I want to inform myself thouroughly before I make my decision. Please answer the following questions:
a) Why did you choose to have an augmentation?
b) Was the surgery painful or have a long recovery time?
c) How large are your implants?
d) Did you use silicone or saline?
e) Do you think your breasts look natural?

a) I am incredibly petite and felt like a little girl with 32B breasts.
b) It hurt for a few days. I recovered for the most part within a week, but it took three weeks to return to my normal exercise routine.

Legally, under what circumstances in cosmetic surgery?

Could a plastic surgeon give a girl who is over 18 but under 22 silicone filled Breast Implants? Is this only for reconstructive purposes? What are the penalties if they DO use silicone in a patient under 22? Also, this is pertaining to a certified surgeon practicing in New York state

I am not sure why you are referring to 22? A woman is responsible for their own body at 18. If there is a law about silicone between 18 and 22, I know nothing about it.

New Breast Augmentation Alternative to Breast Implants

Which type of implant would be best for the model look and why?

For Valentine’s day my wife wants Breast Implants. She’s 5’6 120lbs. Though we both strive very hard to keep out model physiques, he breasts lost size and shape after our child was born. Her body is back in shape and now she wants bigger and perkier breasts. We decided on going from 32B to 32D. Would like them to be obviously enhanced but not too ridiculous.
I am also looking for opinions on which type of implant. Round? Textured? Saline? Silicon?

There are different types and sizes of breast implants. She should get saline implants; Silicone Implants causes more health problems.
