As far as the fake breasts are concerned, I think they are impressive when you look at them but I do not personally like how they feel, so all other things being equal I would prefer the girl with the reall ones.

First of all, I know it’s hard to believe when you’re 13, but breasts aren’t everything! Anyone who would judge you on that is not someone you should want to be around. And you will someday have much better measures of self worth.
Second, you are 13! Your breast still have plenty of time to develop.
Third, this is nothing you can do to get bigger breasts, except for gaining weight, which has other issues, or implants, which, like you said are a problem.
I am having a breast reduction on the 15th of March and I am freaking out a little.. lol I am a 42G and will have 4-5lbs removed. I don’t know about implants, but i had a reduction a month ago. The pain wasn’t too bad. The first three or four days were the most painful though. It’s not excruciating, but more annoying. I am 1 month post op and i feel fine. There is still some discomfort and i can’t lay on my stomach, lift heavy objects, or run (i can’t wait to get back to the gym lol).
I was surprised because the pain isn’t that bad.
