Which is better, silicone or saline implants?

I’m getting implants but i can’t decide between silicone or saline implants. the doctor says silicone is better, looks and feels more natural but i would prefer saline, because i heard that if that ruptures, you can tell immediately and its easier to fix. so why is silicone so much more expensive?
Also, will I ever be able to breast feed later in life?

Did he offer to put the impant in a mesh bag before putting it in? If not, ask him about this……

Regardless of what you pick, it works better if you massage them for 10 min about 3 times a day. 30 min total. Yes it will HURT at first but after the first week or so, it won’t be so bad.
The massage helps with softening everything up and keeping it in a more natural state

right i had my implanon implant removed just before christmas then i started taking the pill for a couple of weeks i forgot to take the pill a lot so i decided not to take it any more as i am now TTC. a couple of days after stopping taking the pill i had a period.
now its nealy 6 weeks later and still no period. i have had unprotected sex ( as i am TTC) on my suposed to be ovulation days. now my period was suposed to come a week ago ( as i am usually every 28 days) i have been feeling sick, tender breasts, bloating, super sense of smell, weeing a lot more and a funny sensation in my abdomen.
i know that these are all early pregnancy signs.
i took a test on the second day off my missed period n one was negitive and the other was in valid.
what should i do now??

These symptoms seem very promising, there is a high chance that you are pregnant,my sister in law had missed periods and was doing tests and they all came back negative, she went to the doctor and had a urine sample taken and that also came back negative.
She was told to go home and wait for her period, several weeks had passed and still no period, pregnancy tests still coming back negative, and symptoms were getting worse, she went back to the doctor for a blood test and scan and it turns out she was nearly 6 months pregnant, so the best thing to do is to go to the doctor and get a blood test done good luck and hope this has helped xx

for those ladies who have had Breast Implants ..?

I am getting saline implants in the morning, and am hoping to be at a family gathering the day after. They don’t know about the procedure, and I am keeping it quiet. Will I feel okay to go out and have lunch for a couple of hours? Or, were you in bed with pain for some days after?

You will not feel ok. You will be in a lot of pain for almost a week. I did not restore my normal routine for a week afterwards.

I am 46yr.old Navy vet.and live in upper central Arkansas. The implants I have now are over 25yrs.old and are awful. I live on a small disabled veteran disability and wuld like a little self esteem when I get out of the shower and look in the mirror! Anyhow…does anyone know how to help me get help?

First, this is not educational. Second, it is vanity surgery so even most insurances won’t pay for it.
