Guys and girls…feel free to answer…
I always heard that even though they look good, they always feel as hard as rocks.
Or maybe breast implants have advanced and now they can feel quite natural?
If so, do they come close to feeling like real boobs?
Breast implants can feel much more natural now due to advances in implant types and surgical approaches. Silicone Implants typically feel the most natural and can now be placed under the breast muscle to provide more coverage and reduce chances of capsular contracture (“hardening”). Saline implants don’t feel quite as natural, but because they can be filled after they have been inserted, they result in less scarring.
I have had a lump on each breast by my areola for at least 2 years. I had Breast Implants for 4 years.Normal?
The hard lumps have not changed size nor do they hurt. It just freaks me out. Could it me from getting implants? My implants are behind my muscle if that helps at all. And the lumps are in the exact same spot on both breast.
Since they have not changed in 2 years, they are probably not dangerous…but you really should get checked by a doctor as soon as possible…that is just too big a risk to take. Seems unlikely that it would be from the implants if they are under the muscle Could be scar tissue, esp. if the nipples were moved at the time of surgery. Please do go the the doctor and put your mind at ease.

Is there a woman alive who hasn’t fantasized about taking some of “this stuff down here” and “moving it up there”? Let me just say,… Anna’s Breast Augmentation & Nose Surgery With Dr. Pitch at Yanhee: Episode 4
Please only serious responses. On average how much do they cost in CA ? How much would be to low ? I want the best but I would like to spend between 4-5 thousand nothing more.
Looking for “the best” and wanting to not pay much isn’t going to give you the best results. There are a lot more factors to consider then just the cost of the implants. There are different types of implants from round to textured to smooth, tear drop shape and others. Different brands like mentor. Different placements like in front of or behind the muscle, through the nipple or the underside or the armpit. Different procedures require different techniques which mean more money. If the surgery is done on site or if they have to rent out a surgical room at a hospital. That cost has to be absorbed by someone. And not to mention the skill of the surgeon, board certified or not.
All these factors come into play. Its not uncommon to have surgery range from $4500 to $10,000+ just depends on what all you have done.
Below are a few surgeons in California that specialize in breast augmentation. They maybe able to help.
My ex is moving in with a transsexual with our son and won’t tell our son the truth about his new roommate.
It’s true. Last year my ex befriended a woman(mtf transgender) who became very ill. When she became better she decided that she was going to leave her home and all of her possesions to my ex. Now she has offered to have him move in with her and my ex is planning on taking our 9 year old son with him.
I have asked my ex to please explain to our son, and be honest about the new roommate sexual orientation. He refuses to tell our son, stating that it isn’t his business and that it would be up to his roommate to tell our son. This woman still has her male parts with the exception of Breast Implants. What if my son walked in on her?
If anyone knows the family courts system, the first thing to know is that it is never a place you want to visit twice.
I don’t care if she is male to female, I just don’t want my son to think someone lied to him or for him to feel uncomfortable because he can tell she’s a man and no one is saying what’s really up (the big pink elephant theory).
A professional therapist ( Gender Disorder/ Dysphoria Specialist ) should be engaged to either explain the situation to your son , OR tell one of you how to go about it . This will prevent confusion and embarassement for everyone ! There are also a few decent books on the market on how to explain that you are a TG to your loved ones . These could be helpful . Pre-op TSs usually are not 100% “passable” and your son will find out from his friends if he doesn’t pick it up on his own . Better to be told up front !
IF your husband has a romantic relationship with this person the explantion will have to be a bit more involved than if he didn’t .
I can give you links / information for your area if you email me . You might also post your question in Yahoo Groups : inassilverswan to gain some perspective .
Note that “transgender” is now sometimes also used to denote people who are Transvestite , Drag Queens and ExtremeTrans people .
