Looking for “the best” and wanting to not pay much isn’t going to give you the best results. There are a lot more factors to consider then just the cost of the implants. There are different types of implants from round to textured to smooth, tear drop shape and others. Different brands like mentor. Different placements like in front of or behind the muscle, through the nipple or the underside or the armpit. Different procedures require different techniques which mean more money. If the surgery is done on site or if they have to rent out a surgical room at a hospital. That cost has to be absorbed by someone. And not to mention the skill of the surgeon, board certified or not.
All these factors come into play. Its not uncommon to have surgery range from $4500 to $10,000+ just depends on what all you have done.

you are prob gorg and you have so much time to change since your only 15. even at 18 you still are growing and you need to give your body time to develop before doing any kind of surgery like that.
i had a baby 10 months ago and im all loose and droopy…my surgeon costs 5,300 for implants and 6,300 for lift….she doesnt specify on the page if you get a discount for doing both at the same time…..is this usually the price?
I had implants and a lift done at the same time (June 2008), received a discount and paid 9,000 total. I recommend doing your research and checking out a bunch of different surgeons and comparing prices before you settle on your final choice. Good Luck! Best thing I have ever done.

In its investigation, SOFCPRE found that PIP had done away with a secondary protective barrier in 2005. This barrier was intended to prevent the leak of silicone into the body, either through migration or rupture. PIP had also switched the type of silicone gel it was using, without informing regulatory agencies of the change. When SOFCPRE contacted the gel manufacturer for biocompatibility studies, it found there were no such studies because the manufacturer said it believed the gel was to be used in making mattresses.

So i am getting married in about 8 months and i want to get breast implants so i can fill out the top part of my dress however i dont know anything about them, is there anyone out there that can answer a few of my questions. Which ones would you get saline or silicone, whats the safest, what were the results like, and how much does it cost. I hear they have a payment plan but what are the guidelines for that. Will they take something as low as 100-120 dollars a month? If anyone could help me i would greatly appreciate it.

neither of them are safe. and if you do get them they will just have to be replaced in 10 years because those plastics degrade inside the body and all those chemicals leak into your body.
they will cost you about 5 grand minimum and i don’t know about payment plans other then that its a waste of money and its not worth it!
why wouldn’t you put that money towards a honey moon or a house or maybe save up for your kids should you choose to have some.
you are pretty much choosing to give yourself cancer or at the very least make you sick and put you at other risks just by having an unneeded surgery.
and if you don’t care about all of that consider that if you choose a cheap plastic surgent so that you can afford it they are probably cheap for a reason. even the best ones make mistakes anyways. so you should ask yourself would you rather have small breasts or hideous scars (if something goes wrong) and health risks?
