does a breast lift mean i need implants?

i have been thinking about getting a breast lift for a couple years now and im curious about everything still. i have done research on it but nothing really helps.
does a breast lift mean i need implants?
i don’t have kids now, does that mean i cant breast feed after the lift?
does a breast lift make your breast seem bigger or does it stay the same size?
was there any scarring?

breast LIFTT with no implants. i have many questionss!!!?

Alright i am 18 years old. my breast size is a 34 G or a (DDD). when i was little i did not wear a bra cuz none of my friends did.. you know? well my breast are wayyy to saggy for my age. like the go probley about 4 inches below the crease line. my nipples dont point down yet, but there close. how much would it cost? how would they do it? would i HAVEE to get implants? i live in dallas, who’s the best plastic surgeon? please give me as many details as possible

You need a lift and reduction. I know of 2 girls your age that wanted reductions as their graduation presents. One go hers a yr early. She was so happy to be able to wear normal looking dress to her Sr prom.
