I started out extremely flat, like 32AA! I wanted a full c cup, not a D because I am pretty petite (5’3 and 103 lbs) I am 3 days post op and they are huge! They told me to expect swelling and that they will be big at first but I can’t help but be scared that they are going to be to huge for my frame. My doctor said he went by pictures of what I wanted to look like so I showed him a couple and he said he’d match it to my body. I totally trusted him but now I’m freaking out about this! Does anyone have any experience with this or know about how much 425 cc’s will add? I know under the muscle impants make a difference too and that it what I have. They should get smaller. I went from a 32B to a 32DD with a 400cc implant. You added substantially less volume and started smaller so they should be a C cup eventually. Remember though that a full C cup could end up being a small C cup or a small D cup in the end. I was aiming for a large D cup and ended up with a small DD cup and love the results afterwards.

She has desperately been wanting to make her breasts bigger because she will feel more confident. At the moment she is always moaning about how her breasts are too small, but i think they are fine, but if it will make her happy i’m willing to help her save some money to have the operation. At the moment she is pregnant so would it be unsafe to have breast implants? Also i want to know the price of implants in England?

It depends how old she is, girls are still growing until they are around 18 or so. Once the pregnancy is over and she still wants to have implants then in UK it costs around £4,500. My friend had hers done (she is 40) and this is what she paid. The first operation went wrong, she had to have them scraped out as the scar tissue was attacking the implant. They used the same implants after the scrape out (another £1,500) these were fine for a few months then they went rock hard, she had to have another operation and paid another £4,000 to have Silicone Implants instead of the original saline ones.
If you love your gf try to make her feel more feminine, I know you dont want her to have it done, but having seen what can go wrong first hand, I would advise anyone to think twice.
If she wants to go ahead then she would have to wait a few months after giving birth before she could have it done.
Get some advice from a bona fide surgeon in London and see where you go from there.
Dont mean to scare you but anything can happen.
