To women with breast augmentations…How long did it take your implants to begin to settle in the pocket?

I got a breast augmentation 11 days ago. I was a 36B and went to a 36D (500cc’s) with smooth, round Mentor implants placed submuscularly through my crease. I am just wondering how long it will take before my implants begin to settle in the pocket. I am a 24 yr. old physically active female, and as such, have very strong pectoral muscle tissue. My implants ride high right now. (The highest point is about 2 in. from my collarbone. Any info on how LONG it took any other women’s implants to start to settle in the pocket would be extremely helpful, and would help with my patience. lol.

It’ll take a while for them to drop. They’ll probably start dropping in about 2-4 weeks. Your breasts will continue to change throughout the year but by the end of the first year, they should be finished and you’ll have your end results. What options are there both in the USA and in other countries for breast augmentation?

My wife is set on having breast augmentation surgery. We live in the US and are trying to do research to find out what options there are. The US has pretty limited options for implant material.
