what is your opinion about breast (implants) plastic surgery?

I m 22 year old, i wear bra 34B and I am 48 kg. My breast doesn’t look small, the opposite i can say because i’m quite thin. However, i m thinking of having plastic surgery. What do u think? Is it good or bad?

I am 23, a 32D and weigh 48kg (105lb) and have Breast Implants. I was originally a 32B, but I went up to a 32D because I felt like a little girl with my previous frame. I would highly recommend implants.
