Getting Breast Implants in 4 weeks? need some advise?

So my surgery is in 4 weeks, and i want to know from people who has them some Questions . Is it better too put silicone throught the nipples or under the breast?
What was your scarring and pain like afterwards and how long did it take for the scarring too dissapear?
This is my first surgery I am going from a B to a big C cup. I am nervous so please tell me your story
