What are the signs that a silicon breast implant was damaged?
does the shape changes? does it bleed? does it hurt very much or is the pain barable?
There would be a change in shape and volume and most likely discomfort too – this is really unlikely these days though – Silicone Implants are filled with silicone gel and even if you cut them with a knife the gel stays put and doesn’t leak away.
If you’re unsure go to your gp and get referred for a scan.
