what is better for Breast Implants, saline or silicone?
I have a consultation in an hour and have no idea what to expect. what procedure is safer and what price range is normal for a breast augmentation? Thanks!
well they both have different risks but you hear alot of people say that silicone can kill you if they leak but thats not true. the old Silicone Implants were thought to cause some illness but were taken off te market and extensive testing never showed that this was true. they now have the new cohesive gel or gummy silicone that are what they sound like. they have a gummy texture, not liquid so they wont leak. i got mine done 2 months ago and paid $6000. igot 425 mod plus silicone implants and i am very happy with my results. they look and feel very natural. i went with silicone bc of the look i wanted and i started with little tissue. the main thing about the saline was the fact that they look and feel very fake and the rippling, thats what turned me off, if you have seen pictures of that it is not very pretty. the silicone do cost more, about $1000 dollars more but to me it was totally worth it. and make sure you do alot of research. i saw 4 ps and they all said different things. but by now you have already seen the ps so im sure you have the answers to alot of your questions. if you have any questions you think i could help with feel free to email me candace_ green88 @yahoo.com
