Transsexual and Breast implant help?
Just want some answers. I’d appreciate the help.
1) Can a transsexual’s vagina become wet like any another girl?
2) I’ve heard that modern silicon Breast Implants are best, but apparently some say they are dangerous but all information that they give aren’t backed up by anything. Anyone know the truth?
3) What do the addition of female hormones do to your body? I know the general effects, but could someone list them anyways? Do they get rid of facial hair and change the hair on your head? I happen to be dark skinned so my hair only grows outward (into an afro sort of thing), so would I need a wig or what exactly?
I’m still researching of course, just thought Id ask here. Thanks for your help.

Just wanted to add: Don’t worry about implants right now. First start therapy. And then get a referral for hormones. Then give your body 3-4 years to develop. Who knows? You might not need implants. Lastly, today’s silicon implants are much safer than those in the past.
