PLEASE HELP I need a Someone with some knowledge on Silicone Breast Implants?
There is an article where it states that the recommended minimum age for silicone breast implants is 22. Why? Because of the risks and they want you to be at an age that you have a maturity level strong enough to understand if there are any problems. Is there a way to get around this so called “rule”. I am 20 years old. And i’m very small and my bust size is 32 AA. I do not have enough Breast tissue for a Saline Implant. I have overly done my research. Every female in my family is very small chested. I know for a fact i will not be getting any larger. What would i need to go through to get the Silicone?
Please and thank you for all of your help and not being critical or rude.
The cohesive gel have been used in Europe for years, but were just FDA approved in the US in 2006. They were only tested in clinical trials on women 22 and over, so those are the only women that doctors can use them with and follow FDA Guidelines. Any doctor that does not follow these guidelines is sketchy and doesn’t mind risking a law suit or his license. Therefore, probably someone I wouldn’t want doing my surgery. The age requirements is an FDA standard. I was a 32A and went to a 32C, but I am 33 so age was not an issue. Its worth the wait.
