Silicone Implants Are More Natural
Does anyone have Breast Implants?
I am not sure whether to get saline or silicone.
I have heard that saline is more likely to cause ripples
& that silicone is more natural feeling.
Any personal expierences would help.

Implants are silicone shells filled with saline (salt water).
I have cohesive gel implants that I got done 6 months ago. I was advised by my surgeon that saline implants have a tendency to ripple (as you mentioned) but also leak over a long period of time. Cohesive gel implants have the consistency of gummy bears (gummy boobs?) so they feel more realistic and don’t have that ‘hard’ feeling that is sometimes associated with saline. Gel implants are quite a bit more expensive than saline though, I paid $8500 for mine, whereas the saline implants were only $5500. That depends on your clinic though.
