Silicone Breast Implants Problems With
Fake boobs. Ladies, why would you do it given the problems associated?
Given that apart from the scars that come with boob implants, there are also the health issues of burst implants and silicone leakage.
Not withstanding that, it appears that some boob implants are imbalanced giving a lop-sided view.
Why do you do it? A small breasted lady can be oh so sexy, so why put things in your chest to be something you are not. An a-cup lady van be oh so sexy, so why try to be a D. ?

I add, as a male, boobs that have implants might look better in a shirt, but they feel and look really weird up close..
burst implants and silicone leakage isnt a problem any more because they dont use silicone. i cant remember the name of what they use now, but they stopped using silicone because of those problems and have developed something safer and more natural looking and feeling. the scars heal fairly quickly amd are in a very discreet place. i never understand why women get CHEAP implants, which is where most of those problems come from. its your body, so if you’re doing it its worth doing right!!
i will be getting Breast Implants soon and im very excited for it. i am a happy, confidant young woman and i definantly feel sexy already, but i just want them! my breasts are large already, and because they are natural and developed when i was very young (i was a large C by the time i was 11, stopped growing at DD) they are droopy and wide-set, and I am only 19! i love the body i’ve got, but i would love it even more if it was better.
people have this misconception that only people who are depressed or hate their bodies get plastic surgery. if i couldn’y get the surgery i would be disappointed, but i would still be a happy, confidant, sexy person. but i want to feel sexier, and i want to be able to wear backless dresses and still have perky breasts!
