Does anyone have Breast Implants?

I am not sure whether to get saline or silicone.
I have heard that saline is more likely to cause ripples
& that silicone is more natural feeling.
Any personal expierences would help.

Don’t know how old you are, but i personally think implants are extremely ugly and unnatural. Can you guess what they are going to look like when you get older, like 50 or 60? I can tell you! Your boobs will sag, naturally. (gravity does this to women) At the end of your boob, you are going to have this ugly blob of a thing! The implant. Then you have to have mamograms, too! These will be quite painful as the breast has to be squeezed to find any abnormalities and the implant will be right in the way! Don’t do it!
