You and these images are 2 entirely different things, there is virtually no crossover in how he views them, how he feels about them, how he gets turned on by them.
It’s as far apart as your love for him and your love for your pet dog, they are just not linked.
Men are stimulated by images, women are too but i really don’t think it’s in the same way, i don’t think you feel it the same way physically or psychologically as us.
The confusion here is you see this as him either comparing these pictures to you or he wants one of these girls instead of you, the reality is he sees them as something completely different to that.

I think your living in dream land, nothing has changed, your boyfriend still looks at these images especially when your not around, there are loads of late night porn films on tv, there are images in motoring magazines, they are everywhere.
All that has happened is now you don’t know when he’s looking at them, he hasn’t stopped, in a sense you’ve forced him into hiding a part of who he is.
You’ve now lost a part of your relationship where you can be open and honest with each other.
