Ok hope this last time I have to write about this. I thought I was having implant bleeding. I am bleeding brown blood like at end AF. It has come everyday past four days now around 2pm only last about hour maybe two. I might get light cramping then I go to bathroom and wipe and there it is. Now today it been string like. Sometimes it has clear liquid with it. But today I had go number 2 (sorry little to much info) I have not been able to for past week that not like me. And when I did I passed a clot. Not to big but it was bigger. about size of dime. but no pain. Also my period is not due till Feb. 16-20. I never early. I did just come off my pill this month. But I been off before never had this problem. My breast has also been bothering me. Week before this started I was in really bad pain. They could not even be touched. Do you think just early period or could it still be implant bleeding?
I had a similar reaction to coming off the pill. Though you could be pregnant it is more likely that you are just adjusting to the change in hormones. If AF doesn’t show up by the 16th then take a test to help put your mind at ease.
I have been soooo sick for almost a year. My symptoms are hair loss, achy joints, extreme nauseousness, diarrea, and dizziness. It comes and goes, and for awhile I thought I was just lactose intolerant. Could my saline implants be leaking?
I have had them for almost 5 years.
I’m sorry to hear about your longstanding health problems. I want to begin by saying that I am not an M.D. so can’t diagnose your medical problems. However I am an RN who taught nursing for over 25 years and I also have experience with bilateral breast implants (both silicone and saline) following my diagnosis and surgery for bilateral breast cancer. First of all saline implants are covered with a coating of silicone and many people react negatively to silicone. I had a severe reaction to the Silicone Implants and had them changed to saline ones but still had problems physiologically as well as with the saline implants leaking. The jury is still out on whether the silicone causes the long list of symptoms attributed to it. If you are wondering if your implants are leaking ask your physician to order an ultrasound of the implants and this should give you a difinitive answer whether this is happening. Secondarily, some patients just say enough and have the implants removed to see if this helps. The implants (new ones) can be put in some time in the future if the patient so desires. As you can see there is no fast and easy answer to your concerns. Of course there are a number of other problems that could be going on in your body too. Have you had your thyroid levels tested as low thyroid may result in hair loss, fatigue, nausea, dizziness, etc. Achy joints can relate to many things . Some people with low thyroid complained of it but not all. Others with complaints of the silicone covered implants like myself had huge complaints of aching joints. Also patients with some of your complaints were low in magnesium and B vitamins. I hope that these suggestions are areas that you could discuss with your personal physician as only he/she can specifically assess you, prescribe tests , make a medical diagnosis, and suggest different kinds of treatment based on the results of their assessment and testing. Good luck to you. Just keep persevering until you find something that helps.

Giving birth to children and raising them can be among the best experiences of a woman’s life, but the effects those pregnancies leave on her body can be among some of the most depressing experiences she can have. Pregnancy hormones combined with all the stretching of the skin and the results of breastfeeding can leave a woman feeling pretty saggy, loose, and blue. Fortunately today, a package of cosmetic surgeries called the “Mommy Makeover” can help women restore their pre-baby figures.
What pregnancy does to a woman’s body
Some women are lucky; their skin seems to be as elastic as a rubber band. Their bodies just seem to spring back into shape after giving birth. Most, however, are not so blessed. Stomachs once stretched to the size of basketballs are left with sagging, loose skin folds. Breasts over-filled with milk for growing babies are left limp and shapeless after weaning takes place. And pregnancy weight gain can leave a woman with stubborn pockets of fat around her stomach, hips, upper arms, and thighs. And as if that all weren’t enough, the stresses and time constraints of raising children and going back to work, in some cases leave little time for exercise and carefully planned dieting.
How a Mommy Makeover Can Fix It
A ‘mommy makeover’ includes several plastic procedures performed all at once by a professionally trained surgeon. These include:
-Breast Enhancement/Reduction/Lift
Breast augmentation procedures involve a small incision under the breasts or around the nipple. Synthetic implants are placed inside the breast tissue and the incisions are closed up. There are lots of breast implant sizing options available as well. A breast lift involves excising extra, sagging skin and lifting the breasts up to a more appealing position. In some cases, women may be left with overly-large breasts after pregnancy. This can be corrected by pulling out some of the fatty tissue during a breast reduction procedure.
-Tummy Tuck
A tummy tuck can get rid of all that unsightly rolls of loose skin left over from a pregnancy. (And if a breast enhancement takes place at the same time, cosmetic surgeons can sometimes use the same incision for both procedures). The surgeon typically makes an incision around the hips and pubic bone. Excess skin is removed, and the stomach muscles are strengthened. Then the skin is pulled tight and the belly button is repositioned if necessary and the incision line is sutured closed again. The result is a firmer, tighter abdomen.
-Thigh/Buttock Lift
Pregnancy weight gain often accumulates in the hips, buttocks, and thighs, leaving ugly stretch marks, and loose, flabby skin after weight loss. A thigh or buttock lift can solve this problem. The plastic surgeon makes an incision around the public bone or thigh, then removes excess skin from the thighs and sews the skin closed. The buttocks and thighs are left tighter and firmer and shapelier.
-Liposuction
Sometimes just getting rid of pregnancy fat is the challenge. A little bit of liposuction in problem areas can erase those diet and exercise resistant fat deposits. Liposuction involves the use of a tiny vacuum-like tube called a cannula that loosens and sucks out unwanted fat. This works best on those who are healthy and in generally good physical condition.
The cosmetic surgery ‘Mommy Makeover’ is a great way for moms done having kids to reclaim their bodies and feel young, beautiful and confident again after the effects of pregnancy.

Breast Augmentation Patient Richmond VA – Meet April
I want to get them ( a small c)and everyone is asking me if im insecure, and yea a little about my breasts. I have an a cup and barely have anything so i think its necessary . But a couple of girls were like no be happy with yourself but I always hear them complaining about how they need to lose weight. most girls are insecure bout something. And if you say your not then your most likely lieing. Then I hear guys say that they are gross but my twin had hers done and they look good and she always looks better in a swim suit or dress. And its not like I just want attention from random guys, they wont be hanging out all the time,
Mark i disagree, My sister had them done and the guy she is dating didnt know it until she told them. And I think alot of them look fine unless you get them too big or out of proportion.
Well mostly I’m against them because they look and feel hideous. In clothes they are fine but naked I got spot aftermarket boobs a mile off. Getting them won’t solve anything anyway. You’ll just find something else to be insecure about.
PS
Many guys find small breasts far more attractive.
****EDIT****
Which just goes to show some guys are idiots. If he’s that inattentive…
