What can I do to fix my firming problem?

I am 19 years old and for some reason, my bust line isn’t QUITE as perky as it used to be. I have a C cup, I have NOT had any children I don’t understand why my boobs are so…well…saggy. Other women in my family at my age were perky, but I look like ( no offense ladies ) but a 40 year old mother that has had like..5 kids. Is there anything I can do about this? would Breast Implants (of the same cup size I am ) fix that?

upper chest exercises could help… as would a well fitted bra (you’re not bouncing loose are you?)

and btw… you get implants to take up the slack… so they would help… but you’d be a D or DD

and you’d need to wear a bra even more.

Where’s a good doctor to get breast implant surgery around the NJ area?

i live in South jersey and am really serious about getting my breast done- i was born with a heart mur-mur so when i was 9 they had to operate on me and now my right brest is almost two size smaller then my left- please give me any information you have i heard that doctors in Philly are very good and also the price for the surgery is cheap. i also have insurance you think they would cover that??
