Fiction: You can’t breast feed with breast implants. As a matter of fact if you have breast implants you should be happy to know that most likely you can still breast feed your baby. Although every woman is different, you have to first see if breastfeeding works for you. If it does, then breast implants and breast feeding has a lot to do with the manner in which the implants were placed. Most plastic surgeons adopt an approach to the placement of their incision resulting in little or less nerve or duct damage keeping your chances at breast feeding at a maximum.  

Fact: The FDA has put restrictions on the age minimum for breast augmentation. Taking into consideration the fact that young women’s breast continue to develop through their teens, the FDA approved breast implants for augmentation in women ages 18 and older. Another contributing factor to setting an age minimum for acquiring breast implants is the concern for the degree of maturity required to make such an informed decision.

A woman with this sort of implant surgery may be able to partially breast feed, but she may not be able to produce a full and sufficient milk supply for her baby.

With saline implants, since the saline, or salt water, is a natural substance found in the body, it isn’t thought to expose the baby to any risk if is should leak or get into the milk supply. There is still incomplete data and information on other types of breast implants. While silicone is no longer recommended for breast implants, there may still be women who have had such treatments. It is thought to be highly unlikely that the silicone from the implants will leak into the mother’s milk (and silicone is available in other environmental ways too.)

I know im opening my self up to possibility of criticism but the way i see it is at least im doing my research.

My question is to people living on a low income i don’t make much money but since breast feeding my breasts are pretty much non existent. One thing to keep in mind is that about 2 years after nursing, your breasts will go back to the way they were, somewhat. I would wait 2 years after nursing and then see how they look. I’m a full-time grad student and only work part-time, so I don’t make much money. However, I do have good credit and have large credit lines on my credit cards. so our bus driver doesn’t look very professional… well, most bus drivers don’t but okay something about this lady bothers me. She is in her 40s has wild curly dirty blonde hair, saggy skin, the most annoying trailer park accent, talks on her cellphone ALL THE TIME and over-sized implants and she is always wearing low cut tank-tops with an unzipped windbreaker over them. Its sick! The guys on the bus oogle over her breasts and she doesn’t say anything, just keeps on driving. I don’t even know how the bus company could have hired her… she should be at hooters not driving kids home! She picks up a stop of elementary school kids as well! Is it wrong to have parents complain about her solely because of her appearance?

well the talking on the cell phone is probly all you can bust her for.
most states have laws that state it’s illegal to talk on a cell phone as a bus driver unless it’s an emergency.

as for her clothing and hair. like others have said you can’t judge a book by it’s cover. she might be a nice person who just doesnt’ have a clue about fashion.

i have a friend who scares ppl with her looks lol. tatted out, piercings all over, wears nothing but tank tops unless she’s at her work, uniform policy, and plays roller derby in her spare time. she’s also a kick butt mom and a great person over all.

i think your parents could bring up to the school that her appearance should at least be more decent if it’s causing a problem- ie inappropriate for boys to have the visual stimulus to oogle. she can wear clothing that covers her top up more. it’s not right for a person driving a bus full of boys with raging hormones to have her boobs hanging out for them to see.

she might get off on the attention but if she wants that sort of attention she would do better to get a job at a strip club rather than driving a bus.

Disadvantages of saline implants include the slightly lower risk of capsular contracture as well as implant rippling. Some women feel that the saline implants do not look or feel as natural as silicone, although this gap is closing with advances in implant technology.
