Breast Implants Tingling
Numb Tingly feeling in arm….hands….Reynaud’s Syndrome?
I know I have Reynauds Syndrome…my hands/fingers turn white and tingle when exposed to the cold. My question is this: For the last couple months, my left arm (same side the Reynauds seems to affect) will go slightly numb…not like when your foot falls asleep, but more like a dull/heavy feeling. It extends from the armpit to my wrist. It feels better, a little, if I put my arm behind my back…but I work with my hands constantly so this is not good. I type at a computer about 30+ hrs per week as my job. I am in otherwise good physical condition. I had Breast Implants 6 yrs ago. Could either of these be a contributing factor? Serious answers only please…
Sounds like some kind of inflammation causing a neurological symptom. Yes, either of those things (work or surgery) could contribute. I suspect you’re going to need to go to your GP and tell them exactly where and when the pain appears in order to get a handle on what’s going on. As far as I know, Reynaud’s isn’t considered progressive or a cause of such pain; it is however a symptom (the Reynaud’s is I mean) of some autoimmune diseases and other conditions that could be causing this.
Good luck and feel better.
