Breast Implants Rippling
Anyone have personal expierience with Breast Implants placed over or in front of the muscle?
I have heard that they are more unnatural looking than under the muscle and you can see and feel them more with much more rippling. Is this true? Looking for people with expierience.
I had my augmentation done 12 days ago, and mine are under the muscle for the reasons you mentioned: less rippling. But my body frame is very thin and bony with little breast tissue to start with, so under the muscle was a better position for me, according to my plastic surgeon.
