Breast Implants Out Of Pocket
Sleeping and Sore Breasts?
Im 5 wks 2 days pregnant and besides the regular symptoms my breasts have been extremely sore and painful during the night and when I wake up. I have implants so I know part of the pain is from the implants getting out of pocket because of the slow growth from pregnancy.
What do you think I should do at night to help them from hurting? Any suggestions?
I wouls try to not lay on your side or belly. Also, maybe putting a warm or even cool wask cloth may help. I had the same problem when I was pregnant and the wash cloth helped. Or even wear a sports bra at night then when you move around your breast will not move as much either. Hope this will help some.
