All thoes playboy models that have thoes huge FAKE breasts,
their not gonna get younger, so when their old do their implants stay the same forever or do they become like real breasts? and wont it be weird to see old layds with huge perfect breasts?

Usually if someone gets breast implants they are going to end up getting botex when they get older. They will be those older ladies who look younger in the bad way. LIke you can TELL they are older buy they kinda look younger.
If I ever got them then I would probably get them taken out when I got older.
