I have wanted Breast Implants for as long as I can remember, and Finally got my husband to agree. I’m 5’2 115lbs and want big ones, but not huge, just the right size for my body. has anyone in here gotten them and has any pointers about the size I should go with(Im a 34b) and the kind. And any board certified surgeonss in Las Vegas Nevada. Also, what is better, under the muscle or threw the belly button, and saline or silicone. I also heard that the “gummy bear” implant felt more natural.

The best thing to do would be to find a good doctor. A good doctor won’t let you go any bigger than you should and will also use the best procedure and implant. In Vegas there are probably a few good doctors and also a lot of girls with implants. Start asking around. If you see a woman with nice breasts, just ask if they are real and who did them. Ask your Ob/Gyn for a referal. Do some research on doctors who do reconstruction on breast cancer survivors (they usually also do private clients and an incredible job) in Vegas. Buy a copy of New Beauty. The back 3rd is usually lists of plastic surgeons in your region. You’ll want to talk to 2 or 3 different doctors before you make a decision.
