im getting a breast enlargment, has anyone been to the hospital group?
also could anyone tell me whats the safest implant to get? pleeeeaaaase dont tell me not to do it, ive got small saggy boobs caused by having children x
well i was told implants inserted under the pectoral muscle is your safest bet. why? i dont know but i chose to do mine that way. I also went with saline, rather than silicone. Saline is just a salt water solution found in your body naturally.
