ok so everyone (including my bf) makes fun of my boob size. i have large B’s but it isnt fulfilling. i kno someone who can do the surgery very well and inexspensive, but idk if i should. if i do get it…what size…D?

Whats not fulfilling? The fact that the people you love make fun of you for such superficial reasons? Yeah, I wouldnt be satisfied with friends like that either.
