Breast Augmentation / Implants?

I am 19 and i am due to have my consultation for a breast enlargement soon.
I want to hear from people who have had the same procedure!
Please do not try to put me off and tell me about the young girl who passed away during her op, (i will not listen)as i am only interested in people who have had this surgery.
I have been wanting it for a long time, and hate the shape of my breasts, they are way too far apart.
I am a size 8 and a 32a/b.
What size should i go for and how should i have them done, e.g, through the nipples, under the arms etc…?
