I have breast implants and live in Australia, got them done in Windsor, Brisbane. They cost $7500 plus then you have costs like blood tests which comes out of pocket. $8000 should definitely cover everything.
They use Silicone Implants, not saline.
The most common type are textured (furry so they dont move) and round (in case they do move).
They will want to make them look large for your size (I only found one place that does natural/small-looking ones)
If they are on top of the muscle they will move around more and feel more soft.
If you already have a little tissue they will want to do them on top of the muscle, if you have little tissue they will want to do them under the muscle.
The downtime for on top of the muscle is just a couple of weeks, under the muscle and you will be bruised and more sore and need a little longer to recover. You shouldnt need more than OTC pain medication, it is not that painful.
The incision will be made on the underside of the breast and will be about a 6cm cut which will fade to a thin, white scar.
You can still breastfeed if you have had them. I had no problems feeding my baby however my implants arent the nicest now Ive finished, they look real now, but big and saggy.
