Suggestions for firming up breasts, want them perky standing at attention…?

I am a 34D on a small frame. I am looking for a way to firm up my boobs. I really don’t want to resort to any type of implant. Has anyone tried any of the creams advertised?

strenghten your chest muslces to hold up your boobs….do push ups, and if you have small weights, start out by holding one in each hand with your arms straight out to the sides, then bring your arms close together right in front of your chest and do as many reps as you can, and every few weeks increase the number of reps.
