Im getting a breast enlargment in Nov and the Surgeon said she’s going to put the implant under my muscle instead of over.
Whats the diffeance in advantages and disadvantages? My boobs got big when i breastfed then lost them all and are now small and strtched so if I have them under wont I still have stretched skin at the front?
